In 2006, Bivalve Dairy partnered with CSF – Clover Stornetta Farms because they have premium milk quality standards for the industry and they are a local & fresh processor of dairy products. A quality initiative ensures that our organic dairy’s milk is very desirable in the market place and comes with premiums.
As a result of the UCCE Marin Agricultural Summit, Bivalve Dairy began a new venture in 2010 with Peggy and Sue of Cowgirl Creamery to connect artisan cheese making with the phenomenal flavors of cows grazing in West Marin. These two “artisan cowgirls” are valuable mentors and we have been able to partner with a supply of outstanding milk quality to the fabulous cheese making of Tomales Bay Foods. We look forward to announcing new products in the near future.
In 2013, we began talking with Claire about joining the family of producers supplying USDA Organic pasture raised beef. Our partnership became a reality in 2014. We look forward to many years of providing a sustainable food choice that focuses on quality and integrity.
